Our Story
It all began in Tyrone, GA...
Our story begins in 1989, when Edgar Townsel sat down at an old oak table and started a business. With a family to support, he created Townsel Heating and Air - a family owned and operated company. And it has remained this way for 30 years! We are a full service HVAC company located in Tyrone, GA. We believe in treating our customers the way we would like to be treated.
We take a lot of pride in having our name, Townsel, on each truck and each uniform. It is not just a company name - it is our name and our reputation. We promise to go the extra mile to make sure that Townsel is your continued choice. How do we do that? We offer prompt service that is normally associated with big companies, but with the integrity and personal touch that you should expect from a small town company. Townsel technicians will always treat you and your home with respect and integrity. We ensure this by only employing well trained technicians who have had background checks and are routinely drug tested. When a technician arrives at your home, he will arrive in a well marked Townsel vehicle, wearing a Townsel uniform and will of course wear shoe covers to protect your floors.
Every service call will be addressed within 1-2 business days of your call. Our goal is always to make you comfortable as quickly as possible.
